Inquiry handling and booking coordination

TIPS RESERVTION INC receives your submitted inquiry and coordinates follow-up. An inquiry or callback is not a ticket purchase, seat reservation, guaranteed fare or payment authorization. If a new inquiry is referred or sold to another travel business under the disclosed sharing notice, that business must identify itself before discussing its services.

For a TIPS RESERVTION INC-arranged booking, we coordinate the customer information and approved booking request with the designated issuing provider. We remain your contact for our own work and related questions. See the booking process.

Ticket issuance and carrier services

The transaction-specific issuing provider controls ticket issuance through its own ticketing arrangements. Its legal name, role and any applicable service fee must be identified before payment. An airline operates the flight under its applicable carriage and fare conditions. A partner’s accreditation does not become an accreditation of TIPS RESERVTION INC.

Payments and customer funds

The proposed itinerary and written payment instructions must identify who collects each amount and the name expected on the payment record. Airfare and a separately disclosed agency or ticketing fee can have different recipients. Do not assume every charge is payable to TIPS RESERVTION INC.

TIPS RESERVTION INC is responsible for amounts it actually receives. Its registration requires 100% of customer funds it receives to be deposited into a business client trust account. After-sales support and complaints

Contact TIPS RESERVTION INC about an arrangement it made, a representation it gave or a payment it collected. We handle the part within our responsibility and coordinate with the identified issuer or carrier where needed. We do not remove our own obligations by referring you to a supplier. The refund and cancellation policy distinguishes ticket value from separate service fees.

ADNOON and compensated referrals

ADNOON provides advertising and marketing services only. It may administer advertising, the website and inquiry-processing tools on behalf of TIPS RESERVTION INC; it is not the ticket issuer.

TIPS RESERVTION INC may sell or share a new flight inquiry’s contact and trip details with independent travel providers or call networks for compensation, or route a call to an identified responding provider.
